FITS MOST HEADS This thermal neoprene cap for swimming is Medium-Large size. It will fit adult heads from 55-58cm circumference measuring around the forehead. The stretchable neoprene fabric means that the hat can be worn by most men or women. (Model's head is 58cm with a lot of hair). If you consider yourself to have a large head, this may be too small. The fit should be snug not loose.
