We operate as a company in the UK in compliance with local consumer rights laws . Returns are accepted within 14 days. Responsibility and costs for returning goods rests with the customer. 

Cost of goods will be returned excluding shipping costs.

A 5% restocking fee is chargeable and will be deducted from the refund.
