About Us...

We are a husband and wife team with a mutual love for the sea and all things nautical. 

Michele grew up on the Jersey Shore (Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA) where the beach was just a walk or bike ride away.  The sound of fog horns and the clanking of buoys, the smell of the salt air and living in a small-ish beach town was where she grew up and developed a love for all things nautical.  As a young adult, having lived and worked in Bar Harbor, Maine and surrounding islands , Michele fell in love with 'Downeast Maine', too.

Neville has spent a lifetime on or in the water.  He started sailing at age 10 and water sports have always been the only sports of interest for him.  After a career in the maritime industry spanning more than three decades, the sea is in his blood. 

Boat-Stuff was created out of our love for the sea and desire to make it easier for others to share our passion.
