The Freiberger Drum Sextant All View is a professional metal sextant for precise celestial position fixing at sea, built for reliability in demanding conditions.
- Light metal alloy frame: comfortable weight, excellent balance, and long-term stability
- Large horizon and index mirrors: tested for flatness and parallelism for high accuracy
- Enclosed clamping device and micrometer drum: protected from dirt and spray
- 4x40 adjustable telescope: bright, clear field of view with rubber eyepiece protection
- Graded index/horizon filters: 4 index and 3 horizon filters for controlled brightness
- Arc radius 170 mm, -5° to 125°, 1° arc and 1' drum graduations (0.1' visual)
- Hardwood handle, black finish, supplied with carrying case
